Quinese is proud to bring over a decade of softball coaching experience back to the community that shaped her. From high school sidelines to travel ball tournaments, she has had the privilege of mentoring athletes, building culture, and leading teams through growth and transition.

Coach Q led a powerful resurgence in the program—growing participation, reigniting competitiveness, and restoring pride. More than wins and stats, her time at West Carrollton was defined by the relationships built with athletes, families, and the broader community. That connection continues today, and she will always support every athlete who’s worn the Pirate jersey.
