On Saturday, September 13, the Miamisburg Viking Marching Band performed their 2024 production Waterfront at the 2025 Colerain High School Marching Band Invitational, where they earned top honors from the judges in every category.

The Vikings took home awards for Best Music, Best Visual, Best Percussion, Best General Effect, Best Color Guard, and First Place in Class 5A. They were also named Grand Champion of the combined Class 3A/4A/5A competition and earned a score of 70.6.

Next, the Vikings will travel to the University of Toledo to compete as one of 22 bands from five different states at the Bands of America Northwest Ohio Regional Championship on Saturday 9/20. Stay tuned to GoBurgAthletics.org for more updates on the BOA Toledo event.
